Reduce your appetite with one 5-minute technique a day.

If I could teach you to reduce your cravings for sweets by 50%, would you do it?

If I could show you how to reduce your appetite by 25%, in just 5-minutes would you do it?

Marcie was an emotional eater. She let her feelings dictate when and what to eat. With each emotional situation, she would avoid the problem and reach for food for comfort. If she and her husband had an argument, she would reach for chocolate cake. If there was a doctor's appointment she was not looking forward to, she would call ice cream to the rescue. If she had an upcoming social event that meant she would have to face a closet full of clothes that wouldn't fit, she would convince herself chocolate candy would help her cope. Marcie used the techniques in Dr. Nikki’s book, Success for the Diet Dropout. This is what she had to say about her success:

"It is so amazing to me. This was a life-long problem. I feel like I have conquered it. It [emotional eating] is no longer an issue in my life. I might have a craving for a chocolate bar. I will eat a square or two of chocolate. This is something that was beyond my thought process before two months ago. I would never have thought not to eat the whole thing. Now, [I think] Okay, I've had my sweet tooth fulfilled. I'll just save the rest for later. With last two pregnancies, I gained over sixty pounds, With this pregnancy, I've gained [only] 10 pounds and it was a lot healthier."
